We use Customer Thermometer - it's a 1 click survey tool which puts the possible ratings into the email rather than driving people to a website. Hence it's faster for our customers and more fun to use. We get great response rates versus online surveys.

I’ve found PeoplePulse to be a worthy online survey tool – especially for any Australian or New Zealand-based organisations looking for something hosted and supported locally.
